The Health and Welfare Fund Group Vision Program offers you design flexibility.

General Information

The Health and Welfare Fund utilizes National Vision Administrators (NVA) as the Administrator for the vision plan. NVA has a network of participating Ophthal­mologists, Optometrists, and Opticians to serve you. Benefits are also available from non-participating providers.

Additional features of the vision program include special pricing for LASIK services at selected providers, the availability of mail order contacts, and discount pricing on certain lens options at participating providers.

Please note all group programs allow for examinations and lenses for dependent children, under 19 years of age—once every 12 months if prescribed by an op­tometrist or ophthalmologist.
