The Health and Welfare Fund Section 125 Flexible Spending Accounts are tax advantaged accounts for medical and dependent care expenses.

The Fund utilizes Tri-Star Systems as the plan administrator. You may view more information at www.tri-starsystems.com. Employees may participate in Health Care and/or Dependent Care programs.

Plan Design Options:

• Plan effective date
• Plan year
• Eligibility specific to the collective bargaining agreement for the school district
• Option of the Health Card FSA debit card
• Medical, Dental and Vision premium share allowed as a pre-tax payroll deduction.
